1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI Chinese ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Chinese provides AI-powered Chinese language speaking practice through a Telegram Bot interface. The Service includes:

AI conversation practice in Chinese
Scenario-based language exercises
Grammar and vocabulary feedback
Voice message processing (speech-to-text and text-to-speech)
HSK-level adaptive content

3. Subscription Plans

We offer the following plans:

Monthly Plan: $9.9/month with 7-day free trial
Annual Plan: $49/year
Lifetime Plan: $99 one-time payment

All plans include access to the full AI conversation service. Free trial users are limited to 5 practice sessions before subscription is required.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed through our authorized payment processor (Waffo Pancake). All prices are in USD.

Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
The 7-day free trial converts to a paid subscription automatically after 7 days
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Telegram Bot or by contacting support
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the Service has not been substantially used

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful Chinese language learning purposes
Not abuse, exploit, or attempt to disrupt the AI service
Not share your subscription access with unauthorized users
Provide accurate information when required

6. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, and technology used in the Service are owned by AI Chinese. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without explicit permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will notify users of planned maintenance whenever possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI Chinese is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process conversation data solely to provide the AI service and do not share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the Service.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the Telegram Bot or email.
